I have never really been into smoothie bowls or smoothies. I had a smoothie here and there in the past but I wasn’t the biggest fan to be honest. I rather had a big bowl of oatmeal or nicecream than a big smoothie bowl. As I somehow, really don’t know why, developed a love for smoothie bowls this winter, I decided to share with you my favourite smoothie combos. They are all incredibly easy and you probably laugh when reading the „recipe“ but as I often get asked for recipes, I decided to share them anyway.
Note: of course you can always use a bigger or smaller amount of the ingredients depending on your hunger. You also don’t need to use frozen bananas but I prefer adding them as the consistency gets more creamy. It also depends on your blender how much water or milk you need and on your personal consistency preference. I ALWAYS add toppings to my smoothies, you’ll find a list of topping ideas at the end of this post after the recipes.
So here we go..
