Cinnamon Apple Pancakes

This Sunday I felt like having some cinnamon apple pancakes. So far I never added cinnamon to my pancakes but somehow I came up with this idea today. As it’s getting colder here in Australia now I just crave all the foods I’d normally have in German autumn and winter. It’s still so strange for me to live in a country where the seasons are working the other way round. For 5 pancakes you will need: 1 apple handful of walnuts 5 tbsp of whole grain flour 150ml plantbased milk maple syrup cinnamon For the dough cut up the apple… Weiterlesen »Cinnamon Apple Pancakes

Raw Almond Chocolate Brownies

It’s the weekend – time for a yummie chocolatey treat! <3 I usually don’t really create recipes like this one but I thought I’d just give it a go. I know that in general the basic ingredient for raw brownies is dates.. or well, at least I think so. Correct me if I’m wrong. So I played it safe and didn’t go crazy with this recipe. I never use complicated recipes myself as I’m way too lazy for those, so why would I make something complicated myself anyway? You will need.. Brownies 300g dates 200g grounded almonds 3 tbsp cacao… Weiterlesen »Raw Almond Chocolate Brownies

Vegan Bounty Berry Crumble – Coconut Heaven

Weekend to me means treating myself to some extra delicious breakfast. So today I had some yummie berry crumble which I decided to name “Bounty Berry Crumble” as it actually tastes like Bounty.. just with berries. In the past I actually ate non-vegan crumble quite often and I used to make it with a lot of butter – which we all know is bad for your health and the animals, right? I’ve already made vegan crumble as well – with vegan butter – but today I decided to try something new as I didn’t have any butter at home anyway. So here we… Weiterlesen »Vegan Bounty Berry Crumble – Coconut Heaven
