Did you know you can make your own juices without a juicer? I don’t own a juicer but I really love green juices, especially after the juice cleanse I did last month. While I personally only went vegan for ethical reasons originally, I also learned about the health benefits that come with a plant-based diet and could already experience actual improvements in my health.
